Return & Refund Policy — Westim

We want you to feel confident shopping at westim.shop. If something is wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging

  • You must contact us within 7–14 days of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos for damaged products

Non-returnable items

  • Personal care items

  • Custom or personalized goods

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items


2. How to Request a Return

Email us at wayne@dramapapa.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos (if damaged/defective)

Our team will review and reply with instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is caused by us (wrong item, damaged item), we cover the cost

  • If the return is due to buyer’s change of mind, the customer covers return shipping


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (varies by bank)


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank statement

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact us if still unresolved


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, include this request in your email.


7. Order Cancellations

If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it. Once shipped, cancellation is unavailable.


8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us first.
We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
